The Pasteurizados CIES SLU Shellfish Blend offers a variety of high quality shellfish including Mussels, Cockles, Manila Clams. This product tastes great in a variety of common Galician dishes - Paella, Fideua, Noodles and more. Cockles and Manila Clams are produced from commercial fishing and the Mussels are raised in aquaculture. Origin - Galicia FAO Area 27. This product has a stable shelf life of 24 months from production and should be stored as frozen in -18 degrees celsius.
